For taunts? Wow. I used to work in HR and all this does is make them not hire people who are potential lawsuits. Granted they won’t say it out loud but if I looked at an applicants FB page and they had some blm fist or described themselves as an activist I’d throw away their application. Same for anyone with pronouns in bio.
