The vice article says "there's no such thing as natural immunity." If you read the article what they "mean" by natural immunity based on context is "immunity from a disease you have never been exposed to," which of course is not what ANYONE means by "natural immunity."
It's actually more insidious than just VICE lying; they are trying to redefine the term "natural immunity" to something ridiculous which makes it more difficult to discuss actual natural immunity.
immunity from a disease you have never been exposed to
Actually, there is such a thing as exactly this. If you have a working immune system and are in good health, you won't get sick with viruses even if you have never been exposed to them.
That's innate immunity. And while it is natural calling it "natural immunity" is just muddying the water even more. When the vast majority of people say "natural immunity" they mean "natural adaptive immunity".
There's 2 different meanings of natural immunity being used:
People who have already recovered from covid, thus have the specific covid antibodies already in them. They have no use for a vaccine, because the whole point of vaccines is to give uninfected the protection a previously infected person has. These people should be included in vax passes & all other rules for the fully vax'd if they were at all based on science.
The concept of the natural immune system, ie the thing that gave the people in #1 their immunity. The immune system not only protects you from the diseases it already knows about, but is designed to ID and fight new ones ie "disease you have never been exposed to". It's what we had for the millions of years before vaccines were invented. People with a working immune system and in good health may get sick from the virus if exposed but should recover without hospitalization or minimum medical intervention. Some won't even know they ever had covid or would confuse it with a mild flu.
This is from acquired crossimmunity from previous coronaviruses. We get inundated with them every cold and flu season. It's why most don't get sick or get mild sickness from covid19.
I don't know what happened but I have seen many scientists saying that peoples immune systems past experience of dealing with other corona viruses of which there are several in common circulation may protect them to some degree.

Journalists are devils.

Either way, VICE is retarded.
Almost everyone I know who got tested for covid has tested positive. About half of them never had a single symptom. Which means either:
Which is it, journalists? Pick one.
I have innate immunity to covid 19 and I never contracted the disease yet I was around those that did and never got as much as sniffles.
But if you had the jab you wouldn't even have had the sniffles! /s

Why not both?
