Yeah. That vagueness is by design. They lump in draconian stuff with normal stuff.

A convicted rapist shows up to buy a gun after being released on parole. RED FLAG! No shit he shouldn't be able to buy a gun.

But then it's "in 2021, it appears you were skeptical of the covid Vaccine. No guns for you".
