Maybe he's right, and maybe he isn't. It may still take years to resolve, and at the end of it all you will still have a lot of companies that "totally independently" will decide to require it.
Expecting the Supreme Court to do the right thing is like expecting the sun not to rise tomorrow.
I like Dershowitz and believe he's a very smart dude with regards to the law but our entire judicial system is absolute trash. I have little to no faith in it at this point.
Here's the thing, though. No matter how desperately they demand people get vaccinated, as long as people use religious exemption there's not a damn thing the Government or a business can do — unless they make a constitutional amendment.
In a sane world, they'd have to prove that it's necessary to get vaccinated against Covd.
Fauci's stupid strawman he used with regards to schools where he said, "I don't know what school you went to but the school I went to you had to be vaccinated for measles, mumps, rubella, polio, otherwise you couldn't go to school!" — or something like that — is completely ridiculous and should never hold up in court. The absolute fact of the matter is that it's vastly more comparable to the flu than it is any of those previously mentioned illnesses.
The only reason people are shitting their pants over Covid is because of the hyper-inflated death numbers from the unprecedented changes the WHO and CDC made to how deaths are counted — which was adopted globally. If we counted flu deaths in the same way we count Covid deaths, people would think we were living through a biblical plague. Then again, what flu? Somehow that shit has just up and screwed the hell off to take a vacation or something.
Fact is, I have very little faith that the right thing will happen at the end of the day. These stupid assholes are simply trying to unify the world under one globalist regime of corporate elites, while also very likely trying to depopulate western society so they can swoop in and accrue more wealth from the death.
Probably be better to say that I like his legal commentary, because that's really all i know him for because he's been doing it for years. As for the Epstein crap, I never really followed it more than a surface level glance. Only reasonable conclusion I know for certain is that he was most certainly killed.
If the court were at all consistent, it would go 6-3 on the same grounds as the eviction moratorium; you gotta at least pretend to respect separation of powers. Since it's not, it'll probably be 5-4 the other way as TheImpossible1 notes.
ACB, Roberts + 3 Democrats.
Not a chance.

People would be wise to prepare for that.

Why do you like the man that defended Jeffrey Epstein?

Counting on the tainted courts to solve the problem, is missing the point.
