In the now-deleted GOP webpage, it is stated that Trump negotiated a deal for the withdrawals by May 2021 "in exchange for a Taliban agreement to not allow Afghanistan to be used for transnational terrorism."
Upon his arrival in the White House, Biden instead decided to instigate a total withdrawal from Afghanistan, setting a deadline of August 31 for completion.
That process has been all but completed two weeks ahead of the planned date.
If an alien were reading this they would assume August must be earlier than May based on tone. Trump makes peace agreement. Biden reneges. Taliban unsurprisingly no longer holds to agreement. Sure they probably wouldn't have held to it anyway but they can't blame Trump's peace agreement when it was Biden who threw it out the window.
So in other words, Afghanistan will go right back to being a giant terrorist training camp, and we can expect another international terrorist attack within the decade.
Doesn't have to be international, FBI now has a large supply of refugees to train up, give guns to, and let loose in American schools, churches, and hospitals.
