Mormons are globalists plain and simple. There's a lot of VERY good reasons that the CIA & FBI recruits so heavily in Utah. They are bi-lingual, they fetishize authority, and they proselytize globally and import their converts.
Mormon missionaries go all over the world and they learn the local language before they go to proselytize so quite a lot of mormons speak two languages.
Oh, apparently there shouldn't be an apostrophe on that word. Does it look more normal written as bilingual? It's not some weird gender shit if that's what you're getting at.
Brigham Young University is internationally famous for its language programs. Feds and I think the military send people there to learn languages like Farsi and Mandarin.
First off, LDS do not practice polygamy, they did used to allow it from the mid to late 1800s but only about 20-30% of the Mormon population engaged in the practice. If you look at the historical context you could argue it was allowed from a survivalist perspective. This was around the time the church was victim to state sponsored genocide, look up Missouri Executive Order 44. The Mormons were uprooted from there homes and forced to trek out west which the journey itself caused quite a few deaths. Also important to note was that even at the time, the practice was controversial in the church so they banned it at the end of the 1800's. The church hasn't allowed or practiced polygamy since then and it's a pet peeve of mine when people say they still do.
I have no idea what you are talking about when you say they aid their oppressors through charity so I can't speak to that.
I will say that the political views of church members are influenced by the region where they choose to live. Overall, members will lean to the right but you'll find more liberal members in liberal areas like California. I can't say for certain but I'd also imagine that outside the US you would find more liberal Mormons. I will also admit that from what I've heard, Utah Mormons have some really odd behaviors that are elitist and hypocritical.
However, in more conservative areas such as where I live you'll find plenty of conservative or Trump supporting Mormons. Even the few liberally minded members in my ward are not that far left. I would say they are classically liberal or centrist at most. Bottom line is that you'll get political differences in the church just like you would any other Christian religion so I'm not sure what the point of this post is.
The problem is like Jews & Muslims they are very tribal. This why if Mitt Romney doesn't make another Pres. Bid in 2024 he will keep getting elected until he decides to quit.
Money rules everything in The Church's decision making despite their pious speeches. I don't understand what the OP is getting at exactly. Everything The Church does is to turn a profit. Ideology is secondary.
Not Mormon but I grew up in Utah around them. They were all my friends and I’m intimately familiar with them, and yes, I’d absolutely agree.
Even many former Mormons fall into the same traps that active Mormons fall into, it’s just a different coat of paint.
I think it’s because of how the brainwashing and indoctrination are done. They are taught to be helplessly accommodating and submissive. Mormon Men and women. Because you have to in order to believe such bullshit.
And while in general Mormons are great and friendly people, their helplessness and passiveness is not a positive trait because it is to a fault. This makes them highly susceptible to propaganda. That’s why of all the religions they buy into the woke bullshit the most.
Not saying members of religions aren’t or can’t be susceptible to the same things, but it’s just at another level with Mormonism because of how the authority is structured. With Catholicism, the pope is woke af, but his authority isn’t necessarily viewed the same end all be all, you have some Catholics who are just out doing their own thing and might pay no mind to the pope one bit. But that’s not the case with active Mormons.

Surprisingly they have a respectable anthropology faculty which is a useful background for an intelligence specialist.
lol, the Amish actually speak a German dialect, you know "Deutsch", which in English became bastardized to "Dutch"
Amish Dutch is a great example of linguistic drift.
They seem happy and have large families and a wholesome respect for tradition. That's better than most white people in America...
They could just be Mormons, but then you wouldn't be able to push a narrative.

I mean the Mormons and their church president. The Mormons don’t follow the pope, just to clarify.
