There's always only further forward in Mister Bones' Wild Ride. Can't stop the progress.
The actor himself on the issue of cultural appropriation:
“Even playing a person of color in the role of Arthur. If you do have a problem with that, why is it? It’s a myth. It’s a legend. There’s a magical sword.”
Spoken in the name of people who want you dead if you're white while wearing a hairstyle.
He then went to take part in the BLM peaceful movement, because this once and future kang is really concious about being a capital B black in a crazy but wonderful year:
This has been a crazy year, but it's been a wonderful year in terms of bringing social injustice to the forefront for all Black lives.
I have a problem with it because I can't get into the story if the actor is black. I see that nappy hair and I just have to laugh. I can't take them seriously as knights. There are so many other interesting roles that black people can play, but medieval knights just don't work for me, fantasy or not.
They always throw the “it’s just fantasy” to justify race and gender swaps. I can’t wait to see someone reimagine the black Panther as a white man. I mean it’s just fantasy. It’s not real

They could always be Sagramor.
Sagramore is a Nubian (what's a Nubian) in The Warlord Trilogy but in the legend he's an Eastern Roman / Hun.
There are some real Black Knights tho. One is Feirefiz, Perceval's half brother (half black).
“And I’m a magical negro.”
