(Context: Epic and Coalition's virtual signal right at the start of an Unreal 5 tech demo. Strategically placed rainbow bedsheets just in frame, and a batshit crazy Xir listing its pronouns immediately with no prompting. They're deleting comments too, by the way.)
I suppose I would have picked a studio other than The Coalition. I know Gears of War has used Unreal Engine since the first one and that's likely why they were chosen, but other companies used Unreal as well. The diversity hire was just extremely in-your-face and bizarre.
