As I've said many times, this was never political. This is something much, much deeper than that.
They've crossed the CCP and one of their largest backers, it's abundantly clear that they don't give a fuck about anything but their own advancement.
If they ever were a puppet of the elite, today is the day they confirmed that isn't the case anymore.

I'm not sure that follows. The last thing they want is a stronger feminism - it will come for them and they know it.
It's just women being women. I could continue but it would hit Rule 16.
Considering China's history of past forced abortion and now forced 3 child per couple, I don't think they give a damn about women's rights. They have no qualms about murdering their own people for anything at all, so I think the CCP will gladly shoot uppity women in the face if they become inconvenient to them. When faced with any kind of force, women just comply, like Boko Haram.
As much as I like the idea of the CCP being destroyed by the same gender politics they encouraged in the west for decades.
Of course, Rule 16, I do make a distinction between the CCP and the Chinese people. Not a disclaimer to skirt around the rules, just a fact. The people are as much victims of that regime as anyone.
I'm under no illusion that they support feminism. I just believe that encouraging it would obviously backfire, considering they're already trying their hardest to contain the extremist hatred from women in their own country amid falling birth rates.
The last thing a regime balancing so precariously on the edge needs, is something for the enemy to rally behind.
Simple China thinks they can control this weapon, they think they can use it against the west and somehow be immune to it.
The truth is that most likely china will crush and burn but I do not know.
The global scale has so many ideologies and interests fighting, all of them on the authorithan left that is a mess to figure out the outcome.
My guess, each intersectionality will carve itself some power and will create some kind of tension that will work. China as well as all major powerful influencing countries will have their culture and traditions erased and rendered powerless.
It would make for a good book, the LGBTQPIA2S+ have their own infighting and are the weakest of the bunch, the "minority" which just means not-white, despite whites being 10% of the global population powerfull but weaken by the different group infighting, asians like koreans, japanese and chinese as well as some arabs will be considered white but the true power in the world is going to be held by feminists. I would read that as long as the power dynamics are honest and not some feminist utopia.
