As I've said many times, this was never political. This is something much, much deeper than that.
They've crossed the CCP and one of their largest backers, it's abundantly clear that they don't give a fuck about anything but their own advancement.
If they ever were a puppet of the elite, today is the day they confirmed that isn't the case anymore.

Considering China's history of past forced abortion and now forced 3 child per couple, I don't think they give a damn about women's rights. They have no qualms about murdering their own people for anything at all, so I think the CCP will gladly shoot uppity women in the face if they become inconvenient to them. When faced with any kind of force, women just comply, like Boko Haram.
As much as I like the idea of the CCP being destroyed by the same gender politics they encouraged in the west for decades.
Of course, Rule 16, I do make a distinction between the CCP and the Chinese people. Not a disclaimer to skirt around the rules, just a fact. The people are as much victims of that regime as anyone.
I'm under no illusion that they support feminism. I just believe that encouraging it would obviously backfire, considering they're already trying their hardest to contain the extremist hatred from women in their own country amid falling birth rates.
The last thing a regime balancing so precariously on the edge needs, is something for the enemy to rally behind.
