Hell, just look at their physical appearance. They look any combination of strung out, obese, haggard, and everything in between. Look at Vaush for instance, he's in his 20s but he looks far older, or at all those Antifa mugshots from throughout the entire year, the mayor of Chicago... Examples abound. You can tell none of them are mentally in a good place, I'd say that's the case 9 out of 10 times with people. People dealing with their personal demons aren't going (able?) to put effort into taking care of themselves.
