Several outcomes. The functional elimination of the black race from North America is probably the most assured of them. They have no goodwill remaining with just about anybody except the white left(who they will probably attack early and often), despite the brazen attempts to bundle them all together as "bipoc", the single stupidest acronym ever devised by humans. The Hispanics absolutely hate them, outnumber them three to one, are more adept at violence, and would delight in being able to take over the urban zones.

As for the Hispanics, they would most likely carve out huge swathes of the Southwest as new portions of Mexico(which they basically already are anyway), fight internecine small scale conflicts among themselves(again, what else is new), while being eliminated from majority white areas across the Midwest as a matter of principle.

The white left would find themselves assailed from all fronts, and regardless of any systemic control they might have in some areas, would be destroyed. They produce nothing, they contribute nothing, and for the most part lack any skills that would be useful in a long term civil conflict.

Most rural areas would clean up their towns in the short term, and likely form loose federations of mutual defense against attacks from the cities. The cities themselves will have massive power, water and food issues, resulting in them having to attempt to occupy rural food producing areas. Some more heavily rural states will have their centers of government taken over and purged of leftists, but for the most part the white right would not occupy too many large population centers.
