Also I shudder to think what sort of horrific results they got as "pioneers" of that butchery.
God thinking back to how barbaric some old medical practices were, this stuff must have been a slaughterfest of chopped dicks and tits all over.
Look at how bad it is now in the age where medical technology and understanding is so absurdly progressed it makes those old doctors look like butchers.
Relatively, that means those old gender docs where actually just lopping off dicks and making actual axe wounds.

That would actually be less of scary Orwellian newspeak than "gender affirmation surgery". I can see why they went with the latter, for PR purposes.
