Can you literally reduce the male population like that? Doubt it. But can you eviscerate all the good/strong men until there's virtually no leadership or familial defense/guidance? Sure.
I think the meat grinders of WW1/2 accomplished that pretty well. We sent the best men we could raise to go die for fucking nothing so that our country could rot into a used tampon.
I had a friend ask me what I would do if I got drafted and I said I wouldn't go. They can just kill me here if that's what they're trying to do.
I don't even like Chinese people, but I increasingly dislike our government more. Kinda fucked up.
