It's called marriage.
People should have the right to have sex without attachment. Marriage/hook ups are too dangerous in modern times so prostitution is a safer alternative.
Prostitution was a thing before marriage. People have always wanted sex without attachment. Even if women were 100% loyal and would never divorce, there would still be prostitutes
