I say you lock away these welfare queens, there's maybe a 100K, and black crimes percentage will go below national average for even white people in fifteen years. Maybe more, as the next generation won't have been born and raised in that time.
People tend to forget just bad black cities have gotten because they constantly see how they’re “coming back”. They’ve been saying that about Detroit for decades now.
I shoulda put KWANES! Because they, like the black men shooting people, are a small minority of the black community. They just reproduce like roaches and don't take care of their babies. Now, you throw in hoodrats, hos, thug bitches, and skanks, you got a good portion of the hood, but they all start with a single welfare queen that not only provides for them and their babies when they go to the club, get shot, just don't want to take care of their babies, but they pass on their knowledge/contacts in the welfare offices.
