I shoulda put KWANES! Because they, like the black men shooting people, are a small minority of the black community. They just reproduce like roaches and don't take care of their babies. Now, you throw in hoodrats, hos, thug bitches, and skanks, you got a good portion of the hood, but they all start with a single welfare queen that not only provides for them and their babies when they go to the club, get shot, just don't want to take care of their babies, but they pass on their knowledge/contacts in the welfare offices.
