I'm not debating whether he's right to encourage Disney employees to take action: I'm just pointing out that in this, as in every other situation, he carefully feels out what he thinks will be the safest position for himself to take, and then stays on the sidelines.
And laughing at those who do stand up and get the media machine unleashed on them. He's not just anti-activism (for the wrong party, anyway), he also actively discourages those who stand against the cathedral.
