It's amazing how easy it is to spot them by their words, isn't it? You wouldn't think you could pick out an ethnic group that has lived in Europe for the better part of 2000 years from just a few dozen words, but you can, and with astonishing accuracy.
I don't think there's a single other group that's been in Europe for so long that you could attempt to pick out of a crowd so clearly.
They interbred hard enough to have major physical qualities entirely onto themselves. It stands to reason personalities and all the rest likely got bred the same way to make them have a similar reveals.
