Eh, Kaine doesn’t really count for that.

Creator confirmed in interview: Replicant Kaine was a hermaphrodite from birth due to an error in the system, but gestalt Kaine has always been a female.

Is Kaine Intersex? Sure.
Gay? No.

It’s a classic case of grammar mishaps.

I had no idea who they were talking about, since it wasn’t specified if we were talking about just Kaine or Kaine & Emil for our subjects.
