Honestly surprised the ruling went this way, given the direction things have been going, but a very encouraging decision none the less.
The 6th balances out the 9th. Giggety.
Perfectly balanced as all thing should be.
Did you know that 6 is an upside down 9?
0 is 0 upside down
Honestly, if you look at someone and they don't appear to be the gender that they're claiming to be, that's not the fault of the viewer. Five bucks says some trans rights group gets wind of this and tries to take it to a higher court, though.
Seems like it would have to be SCOTUS. Which... I don't really trust them, but... maybe, just maybe...
I expect it to go either way in a 5-4 vote.
At minimum you’re supposed to know everything about everyone. And if you don’t, you’re supposed to care enough to ask.
Nobody has time for that level of narcissism. We’ve all got our own lives to live. These whack jobs are just massive red flags of who NOT to engage in life.
About bloody time!
Perhaps now we can get back to having comedy be funny again, empathetic to each others plights and engage in civil discourse for the benefit of all.
It will take time for people to adjust but we did have it before all the nutters got iPhones and social media accounts.
They would definitely reap rewards by being more engaging with ideas which they find challenging.
GG!
No matter what judges do, SJW's will continue to press the issue using defamation and harassment to silence their opposition.
