I think the ship’s name is “Ever Given,” and the shipping company is “Evergreen.” I presume all their ships are named “Ever” something or other.
Maybe this one should rechristened the “Ever Blocker.”
Evergrounded.
Not all of them, but many of them are. The Tampa Triumph class are all called "[Place] Triumph" as a counter-example.
Zero Fucks Ever Given
Evergreen is the company, Evergiven is the vessel. It is kind of jarring seeing "EVERGREEN" in the photo while all the articles say Evergiven. Plus, Evergiven doesn't make any sense.
But the naming scheme for the (korean?) company is Everg*, if I'm not mistaken.
Taiwanese. And yes, most but not all of their ships are named that way.
