Im certain you're wrong. The school has been closed since 2011 and anyone that could be held responsible, or claim slander, is dead. They have no lawyers and if they did, theyd be going after Amazon for the documentary theyve been streaming since 2017.
The kid might get sued, but reddit won't. Section 230 protects them despite reddit operating like a publisher.
If they sue him, then they should also sue Amazon for the documentary they released and continue to stream.
