Good advice in general. Even before this medicine had largely become an exercise in maximizing billing to the insurance companies (whether they be private or nationalized) and shilling pills.
In a past life I worked someplace that sold a product that was only commercially successful because it allowed hospitals to bill an extra code to insurance, not because it actually helped patients or doctors.
No it was an "expert system", which with a bit of tweaking it could generate a nice report to "conclude" exactly what the doctor had already concluded without using the tool; and then the doctor could bill that they'd "used" the system to aid in their diagnosis.
Assuming this isn't the system you made, I'm going to make a device that lets you punch in symptoms to get a diagnosis. It will have a handy chart on the back that will show you what symptoms produce which diagnosis.
Do that except with lab results and that is basically what the company (not me) did, minus the chart (the system was too complicated for a chart but wasn't accurate enough to actually be useful as a diagnostic aid).

Yeah the lead designer was pretty demoralized when he learned that was all it was being used for.

Was it "the machine that goes Bing!"
