I'm from Canada. I try to tell people online as much as I can that Canadians are a bunch of smug assholes. Maybe Canadians were "nice" a few generations ago, but that ship sailed a LONG time ago. It's a reputation we really don't deserve anymore.
I do the same thing. Modern Canadian identity is 100% reliant on the USA and is basically all about circle jerking about how we are supposedly just better in every way to the US. I can't stand it.

similar to how British used to have a reputation of being classy but now a lot are very classless. Its really sad
Well, when you replace your population with people who don't respect the laws, customs, and white people in your country, that tends to happen.
