If you liked Jin-Roh you need to watch Ghost in the Shell (1995) and check out anything about Golgo 13. I personally really liked the movie Golgo 13- Queen Bee. Lots of action in both films Golgo 13 especially so. Ghost in the Shell is quintessential cyberpunk and golgo 13 is set in the 80s and Golgo is an assassin sniper who is the most badass anime guy ever.

And because I'm just that awesome I'll even give you links to where to watch. Make sure you have ad block ON. The website has dub versions but you should really watch subbed. And especially with Golgo these are VERY adult movies so be warned don't watch with parents/young siblings. These are both very high tier animes, if you watch these you'll be cool guaranteed. These aren't some entry level animes (well GiTS kind of) this is some real shit. I'm recommending these because they're similar to Jin-Roh in terms of violence level, but they are both also incredible stories that are much more than just action.
