Not sure about what genres you like, but if you like Jin-Roh, some suggestions off the top of my head are Ghost in the Shell, Cybercity Oedo 808, Akira and PsychoPass. All of these have similar dystopian, cyberpunk themes and all but PsychoPass were made around the same time as Jin-Roh.
