Yep. I was at a breakfast held by big political data geeks back in 2018 when a friend of mine was running for state house. It was clear that Texas would be blue by 2028. With 11M illegals about to get citizenship and all these companies it is definite by 2024 for federal elections.
By not taking the Texas case SCOTUS has ensured the destruction of the GOP and likely the Republic as a whole.
