My local PD did the same. Until two weeks ago we were one of the lowest infected in the state.
That only changed because a retard went to the big city 4 hours away to BLM march and then infected his entire work place when returning.
That only changed because the flu season was upon us and suddenly everyone started having flu-like symptoms...
