Years ago, my dad wrote an article for the local paper that basically recapped an episode of Star Trek where an alien creature was killing human miners for breaking its eggs. He pointed out how the inhuman creature was portrayed sympathetically, yet people look the other way for actual abortions.
Funny how people can feel more sympathy for literal aliens than real children.
Not just any alien either, but that was a Horta, a silicon-based life form that looks like a rock with gingivitis. Or, more accurately, a man crawling around under a dirty rug that looks like a rock with gingivitis.
1, So another creature has no right of self defense against the human? Going around breaking fertilized eggs (and from what I understand, weren't those eggs supposed to be important to the creature? The end of a line of an endangered species or something?) O rmaybe they get fertilized later, like fish? I haven't seen this show, SW died for me long ago.
There was a similar storyline in the Argonian area of Elder Scrolls Online, where an Imperial (human) officer is ordering their eggs be smashed and eaten. But I suppose it's OK, because a talking lizard can never be a real person.
If a woman is getting an abortion, she obviously doesn't want the embryo inside. Are YOU going to take care of all the unwanted babies? You gonna pay for them? Gonna let 'em all into your house? Or just bitch and whine about taxes and slutty trailer trash welfare moms? While the kids go into foster care and into the clutches of the pedos? What if the kid being aborted is a total retard that will never live a normal life and just be a tax burden that sucks resources, human and otherwise, from doing something else? And what happens when society is too full of barely functional tards to function?
And yeah, its stupid to lose your shit over what happens in a fictional story, but it's also silly to lose your shit over silly people losing their shit over what happens in a story. But fuck that human baby worship bullshit, the last thing humanity needs is more broken, unwanted, genetically fucked defects running around.
And fuck it, if non-humans have no right to self defense against the human, then the next time a fucking retard touches me, no, I won't stop from beating the fuck out of it this time, it's not a real person.
And why the FUCK did humanity not have the sense to spay-neuter AIDS moronsluts?
On second thought, yeah, go ahead, and re-ban abortion. Great way to feed wildlife. Because that's what people used to do with their unwanted/retarded/deformed babies, leave them in the woods to give the deer a break.

Don't have sex if you can't handle the possibility of being responsible for a child you absolute fucking retard. There is no excuse for murder when there's a gorillion forms of birth control you could have used.
I know that. But the ones who have REPEATED abortions aren't forced to pay the consequences, are they? And the point still stands, that there "aren't enough homes" that are gonna want the babies.
Hey, I'm all for "one free shot, but after that, you get spayed/neutered", but humans would bitch about "being treated wike animaws, boo fucking hoo".
And we're talking here about the difference between someone who doesn't want their babies, and a mother who goes out of her way to PROTECT them even against Mighty Sacred Man. Should be honouring the non-human.
You do make a good point, killing and eating an aliens eggs is more like forced abortion on someone who wants to keep them. If the sympathy is towards the mother and not the eggs then you are correct and the left is not hypocritical in this particular case, if the sympathy is towards the alien eggs/ future babies then the satire kind of stands.
So the question is what is the outrage about
the poor alien mother
or those poor innocent alien babies?
And there is still the question if it is fertilized or not, if it is not is basically eating the menstruation.
Yeah. I think a lot of people get confused by battery hens - the chickens that lay commercial eggs for consumption. THOSE eggs are unfertilized. You don't need or WANT a rooster anywhere near laying hens, and anyone who has had eggs from someone who made just that mistake can tell you how nasty a fertilized egg looks in the pan ...
But a fertilized egg is, well, just an external womb with an infant growing inside of it. But humans don't lay eggs, and they just see "food", _even when the character in question is supposed to BE A PERSON, and not "an animal", which is a distinction that should be re-examined, because you know the Sentinelese? I don't see where they can be considered "people", beyond species supremacist assumption based solely on genetics.
