I don't think so because I honestly don't think our Betters are smart enough to pull something like this off. And even if they were, they don't need to go through that level of misdirection to get what they want.
Normally the way they get what they want is to bury their plans in some obscure NGO whitepaper and declare anyone a "conspiracy theorist" who actually reads said whitepaper and doesn't like what they're planning. See for example the UN whitepaper literally titled "Replacement Migration" or more recently the WEF paper on The Great Reset.
Also popular is declaring anyone who takes their arguments for a given policy proposal to their logical conclusions a "fearmonger". See for example the arguments for gay marriage which are now being applied to transgenders and will eventually be applied to pedos.
I think it's more likely that Trump being a NYC business Democrat most of his like just kinda liked the sort of platform that Bill Clinton ran on in the 90s and decided to have an actual go of it instead of jettisoning it at the earliest opportunity. And the only place where Trump could have a go at implementing a 90s-era Democratic platform is in the modern Republican party.
Trump always flipped between red and blue prior to 2015, he would always oppose whoever was in power to give himself the most leverage.
Trump stands for a large amount of the american population, and Biden stands for the international globalists. Trump was ineffective because he did not know what he was actually up against or what he should be targeting.
If nothing else, Trump was not a member of many secret groups which meant that politics actually had to be shown to the public. This did not happen under Obama and many other presidents, and likely would not under Biden.
The reason Trump's supporters say they will not vote if Biden wins is because they know this democracy is a sham and can be stolen by the powers that be. This would end in Civil War, but the media would not call it that. Even now the majority of Trump's supporters know that Fox news is controlled opposition, which is a big step in the right direction.

Trump focused on Economy and forgot Culture. That was his mistake
You're acting like he lost legitimately.
Record black male turn out, only in swing states, only in Democrat controlled areas, for Kamala Harris.
How dumb do they think people are?
