Doesn't matter, the lawsuits aren't going anywhere. You could have video proof of boxes of Biden ballots being fabricated, and the courts would just shrug and say "well, it happened, but there's no remedy".
Trump's legal team's goal should be not to just to try get court remedies but to also stall long enough so certain states' electors such as that of PA, MI, WI cannot be certified.
If neither candidate can receive the necessary 270 electoral votes, then Trump can force it to the House of Representatives where the Republicans have control of more state delegations. Sure the Republicans in the House can still fuck over Trump but this way he can atleast try to get his supporters to put enough pressure on them to pick him.
Stalling is not practical. It may be Plan B, but it cannot be Plan A. It has the potential of an enormous backfire, if you fail to stall, then the current vote results will be applicable.
Who gave you a free time machine ride to December 14th of 2020?
You can obviously see that this year has been the year of the most insane shit.
After seeing the unprecedented pandemic reaction and the massive unprecedented level of election fraud in the 2020 election, how can you even try to say definitively what will or will not happen?
A motherfucking alien false flag could even occur at the rate this year has gone.
I am not saying that anything will surely happen but I can see the importance of leaving open the possibility that something could happen.
You are delusional. Zero evidence of fraud and the Republicans are abandoning Trump like rats from a sinking ship.
I'm aware you're having a mental breakdown because you're so upset Trump got fired, but don't let your temper tantrum get in the way of facts. Trump lost and Biden is now the President-elect.
It's hysterical watching you all have hissy fits about this and spout out these hilarious unfounded claims of "vOtEr fRaUd." Everyone is laughing at you.
Gorsuch is an absolute idiot, Kavanaugh definitely less so.
Of the two most egregious cases, the transgender Title VII stuff and giving half of Oklahoma to an Indian tribe, Gorsuch was on the wrong side twice, Roberts once, and King Kavanaugh zero times.
Kavanaugh is not an originalist, that's definitely true. But he is right.
Fifty years from now, when ACB has proven to be the best SCOTUS judge after Clarence Thomas, and is living in happy retirement, TheImpossible1 is waving his crutch and saying: "ANY TIME NOW, ACB IS GOING TO BACKSTAB. EH! WHERE AM I? EGGS!"
Anyway, of course I could be wrong. I just doubt it, because if she would be helpful, the Democrats would have fought harder on issues that weren't killing babies.
If you do turn out to be wrong, will you give her the credit for it? Or will you just pretend that it never happened? I don't mean it as an "I TOLD YOU SO", but the whole Collins/Murkowski impeachment thing. You were so sure that they would vote to impeach Trump, apparently for the usual reason, but then it turned out to be Romney.
Though I do agree with you, Collins is much more of a man than Romney could ever hope to be.

Also, Cheney in WY.
I said stalling should be plan B. Trying to get appropriate court remedies to fraud is Plan A.
Cheney in WV is just one problem of many going to the House. I would bet there are much more anti-Trump people than her in the house delegations.
If it does gets to that point, proper pressure would need to be applied along with plenty of deals being made to get the Trump re-election on track.
Sorry, me is bad at reading.
Not going to happen.

Suck start a shotgun you communist filth.
???
Election fraud, not voter fraud.
Joe's barricading himself in the White House lawn?
And the media and tech cover it up.
ACB will backstab.
I am actually more worried about Gorsuch and Kavanaugh.
They both have already ruled unlike an originalist and lockstep with the left on certain cases.
There is no Supreme Court track record for Barrett yet but yeah it is possible she could backstab.
Who knows how this will end?
Gorsuch is an absolute idiot, Kavanaugh definitely less so.

Whatever came of that?
No way Kavanaugh backs Harris after what she did. That vote is safer than any.
Kavanaugh hired all female law clerks after the false allegations he suffered at the Senate hearings.
The man is not the smartest tool in the shed when it comes to self-preservation.
He sure is no Mike Pence.
Guys, judges don't, or at least are not supposed to, make decisions based on vindictiveness.
If you think Kavanaugh will, then you are asserting that he is completely unfit for office.

God, I hope I'll never be as senile as Joe Biden.
