I had a feeling, but I had no time to look into it this morning so I took it with a massive grain of salt.
It came off as too fanfiction-y and made Trudeau sound less incompetent than he is.
It’s a sign of the times that something like this can be passed as true.
It's been floating around for a week or 2. A lot of smart people who should know better have been buying into this too.
No idea why, don't see anything legit about it.
Paranoia can do weird things to your mind and make you miss obvious signs of things being fake.
An email like this, even though it is fake, can still confirm suspicions that someone is out to get you.
Combine that with fear mongering about the virus, and a lack of trust in the government and media on the transparency of their methodology, and it is easy for even the most intelligent of individuals to fall for something like this.

There's literally not a shred of evidence to support this email of being real.
TDS can stand for Trudeau Derangement Syndrome, albeit it's a much smaller problem that TDS USA.
