This stuff mentioned in this post is basically universally acknowledged as a bunch of weird bullshit, so there isn't much to say.
However, in the spirit of free discussion, and being the massive contrarian that I am, I want to bring up an idea that might stir some shit.
Pedophiles that have never harmed anyone and have no plans to do so are perfectly fine human beings. Discuss.
Thanks dood, come over and talk video games and politics with us sometimes. Some would say that we're your ancestors, haha.
EDIT: It's actually crazy just how often we saw a message along the lines of "we have to delete your comment because of Reddit, sorry".
God, if I was a member of that ethnic/cultural group, I would be pissed at her. Imagine, one of your people succeeds and gets into government, and the first thing they do is shit themselves and play victim, instead of making a good name for themselves and just being a good senator that people love and that listens to people they represent.
There isn't too much to it. The mods on half-KIA are extremely smug, disrespectful pieces of trash. They have the exact same kind of attitude that mods of shitty SJW subs have - dismissive and sneering if you speak up against them. I don't think they're particularly left-wing, and it ultimately doesn't matter - what matters is that they're jannies who don't know their place. The last straw was when they put out a vote on an extremely controversial rule that basically nobody liked, and almost everyone voted against that rule. What did they do? They just kept the fucking rule anyway and completely ignored the vote. That's when KIA2 was made by our new chad mods who actually have a spine, a thicker skin, and are exemplary users and mods. And now we're far more active than half-KIA.
Oh? I stopped watching Critical Role season 2 after like 2 episodes not because of any sort of politics (there weren't any), but because it was just straight up boring and uninspired. I hated the characters, that's all. What did they do in season 2? I'd love to know the times they got political.
I've gotten back into Skyrim and managed to sink over 300 hours into it again. First I played a psychopathic, sadistic Khajiit assassin, and then a chracter from my book called Ori, a girl raised by dragons (in the story), who turned out to be a perfect Dragonborn character. Now my modded save broke down (crashes whenever I try to save) so I'm making a Dunmeri wizard and I'm going to completely rebuild my mod list from scratch, to switch out some mods for some better mods and remove some of the lame mods I've grown to dislike.
I'm absolutely on the left wing of the spectrum (though decently close to the center) and I can absolutely acknowledge that. The left is fucking insufferable. I disagree with a decent amount of what the right has to say policy-wise, but I'd rather interact with them regardless, they're far less deranged.
D&D has been utterly compromised for many years now. Hell, I remember when I was watching Critical Role - a soylicious but actually pretty entertaining D&D stream - and at one point, they literally held a moment of silence for SOMETHING that happened related to Trump. They didn't even address it exactly, it was a very subtle virtue signal, they were just talking about "dark times". Thankfully that was the only time they shat the bed politically, directly. They MOSTLY kept any politics outside of the game, so I actually can recommend it.
Sounds like a good idea. Being able to use search functions on websites properly has been an immense boon on my life, and I'm not even kidding. But when you think about it, it makes sense - we've got the whole history of human knowledge at our fingertips, and proper searching is exactly the method by which we find that knowledge.
That's exactly what I said too, it's like the earlier internet when it was actually good and not centralised. I guess technically we're dependent on The Donald, but honestly, I doubt they'd exert their influence on the .win network, they're very libertarian, I think.
