I would like to see some open world reboots / sequels of older games like Ape Escape, Bomberman Hero, and Mega Man Legends.

The Urban Growth Boundaries are horrible. It doesn't only affect urban areas either. All across Oregon, there is a shortage of houses. Prices are rocketing up, even in rural areas.

Recently, I made a table to compare median income with median house prices, and Oregon has the 3rd worst ratio in the country. #1 and #2 were Hawaii (understandably) and California.
