There is no moral justification for infant circumcision. If a person wants, they can decide that when they're an adult.
Parents have the right to decide in their children's place. Tradition alone serves as a moral justification, much more so because of it's religious roots. God wouldn't institute an immoral tradition, after all.
You can't know how human intercourse actually works.
Circumcised people have sex without issue. Regardless of the supersession of the old law, God would not have taught an immoral ritual, and so circumcision cannot be immoral.
Many medical decisions affect a person their entire life. Removing a pinkie isn't the same as circumcision. Your arguments related to sex may or may not be true, but I'd need more than your good word to believe circumcision hinders sex somehow. For as long as loss of function isn't proven, the wisdom inherent in tradition will imperate, and so it's not a moral crime.
The culture war is real. This was one bubble that made it to the surface. Inside every company, woke cliques are vying for influence. They plant their flag for all to see, and it ends up funny, stupid and counterproductive. Along their way to power, they make their workplace hell, and true competent talent flees. This is happening in almost every company in the world.
