Well according to Catholic teachings being gay is a sin due to there being no means of procreation between members of the same sex other than adoption. which considering that he's preaching about exactly that I think he's being genuine but it's hard to tell with Milo due to his track record as this could just end up being a massive troll to Catholics but who knows.
