Liberals decry the spreading “misinformation” and “disinformation” (once known as lying). Today, a Liberal MP is forced to apologize after lawsuit threat for spreading “misinformation” and “disinformation”.

I fled the USSR to live in a country where those in power could not wield their office as a weapon against journalists. I think Mark honestly doesn't understand why that is important, but don't worry, we explained it to him.

It's because people like him and Walsh want to feel tough but aren't tough enough to do actual tough things so they pick some little thing like sick days and try to go all Chuck Norris on it, thinking people will be impress by what a bad ass they are.

Beta males like you and Walsh are desperate to feel like tough guys- but you're not actual tough guys so you have to find something small to puff your chest out over so you can feel like a real man for a brief moment.

While there's obvious abuse of sick days there are so many valid reasons. Even if being selfish, taking a day or 2 to heal up will get you better quicker so you can return to 100%.

When you come in sick, you get your co-workers sick and they get their families sick. You're so pathetic and desperate to feel like a bad ass that you'll injure other people and potentially ruin big events like a wedding or family vacation they spent years saving for and planning all because you're desperate to feel like a tough guy.

On top of that, it's bad for business because 1 guy being gone for a few days is better than 1 guy working at 50% for a few days and getting others sick so they're all off or at 50%.

But yes, we're all impressed by how big and bad and strong you are- much manliness so alpha

Even working in an office, you can get everyone else sick and they in turn get their families sick.

Some of the reviews sound more valid than a lot of these tend too, my guess is that Quaid does a really good job but the movie overall is actually kinda mid.

Positive review bombing is a thing. It could be skewing high either in support of a biopic on one of their fav POTUS- support of the filmmakers trying to make movie, or a fuck you to Hollywood, who should have made a big budget Oscar bait movie, and would have if Hollywood was now like it was 30-40 yrs ago.

It happened here and there, but it wasn't until the death of St George that the race stuff really kicked into overdrive.

When Obama was president there was no even remotely serious talk about removing Aunt Jemima, white people weren't paying thousands of dollars to have a struggle session dinner with a POC calling them racist, so much of this movie couldn't have been made before maybe 4 years ago max.

You couldn't bring an old guy in a wheelchair into a group of people, start yelling and swearing at them calling them racist then have the group join in. In the 80s no group of white women would raise their class to call themselves racist. White people were wearing "blackface" for Halloween in the early 2000s without issue unless the costume itself was outrageously racist, not saying your kid couldn't dress like Pocahontas for Halloween or complain they liked Snow White instead of Jasmine.

The Office was supposed to be a real office so it's not supposed to be stacked with supermodels. Ryan & Jim were good looking, Michael wasn't ugly and Pam being the top love interest needs to be pretty- not smoking hot but someone you'd understand why Jim would would be so into her.

For only the second time in our 179-year history

The 1st time was literally the last election, 2020. So what they mean to say is "for 175 years we were apolitical, then we let the women take over so now we're 'Orange Man Bad American'"

These "white women sit around tables and pay thousands to be called racist" and "white guilt support group" things didn't exist 15 yrs ago, they barely existed 5 years ago.

If a title has not released yet or there are not enough reviews to generate a Tomatometer score, a gray faded tomato is displayed.

Not enough reviews for a score. 0 top critics have reviewed it: https://www.rottentomatoes.com/m/am_i_racist/reviews

There's 7 critics like Jeremy Jahns who have reviewed it, of those it's 100% fresh.

There's always collateral damage in war, and Obama killed thousands of civilians- how many "innocents" did this op kill?

It's actually not the same thing- "Pride is political", that's the exact quote of countless pride organizers. They have banned politicians and political parties from pride events.

On the other hand, Christianity isn't as explicitly political. You'll never hear the Pope declaring that an entire political party is banned from the Catholic Church. Before the wokeness/baby killing came you could be Christian and be from either party while staying ideologically consistent.

Someone claiming to be part of the approval committee responded: https://archive.is/w0eCZ

He deadass claims it's because of something that happened in NINETEEN THIRTY SEVEN: https://archive.is/VlHTu

He then tries to use rainbow crosswalks to justify it in one of the most absurd acts of circular logic I've ever seen: https://archive.is/wip/Sq9wt

Even more hilarious, his comeback to someone in the replies saying "No bigger villain than Matt Jarbo" is https://x.com/mjarbo/status/1835763847686389874

... Yes a middle aged father if two is a horrendous villain lol

Walsh is a middle aged father of six

They even blocked out who notarized the letter, so the notarization is useless.

Very sus.

It's funny how those EXTREME MAGA REPUBLICANS turn from a "white supremacist neo-Nazi threats to democracy conspiracy theorists" while he's running against Trump to "chill dudes you can joke around with at zero risk to your safety" when he's out of the race...

There was a time when a cabinet minister threatening a media outlet/journalist would get them immediately fired. Trudeau has no problem with it though of course because it's the National Post.

And with the added Trump smear
