Nice. You lack understanding of a sense of urgency and the concept of prioritizing work. If there's a list of Epstein clients on her desk as claimed, she's gatekeeping for the DC swamp or she's taking action.

The people on the list know they're on it, giving them time doesn't serve our interests. Perhaps you've just failed to come to grips with the reality that the well-connected elegantly elude the bindings applied to keep the populace at bay. We voted for the hammer of justice and are weary of DC connected swamp critters, and in her case, it's her actions that will dictate her credible commitment to America First, not lip service on TV.

In her own words, there is a list of names of Epstein clients on her desk.

Sift through a list? A list has already been curated and since it's been in the hands of intelligence agencies, you can assume the list and it's sources have been vetted.

I'm sure the list makes great leverage and blackmail so maybe that explains the delay.

Many jobs balance responsibilities that are distinct from one another. If one responsibility is more pressing, the expectation from managers and stakeholders(us, the citizens) is to keep focus on the more important work. Plain and simple.

This explains why the "shit or get off the pot" sentiment is popular with people that question who the real stakeholders are to elected and appointed politicians.

I wouldn't be on TV telling the world my boss left work for me to do, on my desk, very important work, with millions of eyes on the work, high expectations.. and you're on TV instead?

I think the guy who posted that, like many others, misused the word strategy and included concepts like tactics, approaches, patterns for executing a task that align to strategies.
