He's a pedophile and, essentially, a wild animal that can't be reasoned or communicated with. Why he has human rights with no human responsibilities is a legal contradiction and yet another colossal indictment of the failing Canadian legal system. He does not need a hospital, he needs to be put down like any other uncontrollable dangerous animal that has attacked humans.
