Poor people aren't any more special than rich people such that rich people should subsidize poor people. If you don't want the taxes to hurt so much then earn more money. If you can't earn more money then clearly you aren't very valuable to society and should just die or stfu. Most poor people deserve what they get because they don't add very much value to society. In a lot of cases these people can blame their parents for even having them.
