There IS a difference based on race but it isn't a difference BECAUSE of race, let me explain my theory:

White people are mostly in Europe and Russia. These are environments with massive changes in seasons leading to the requirement of long term planning from logistics, food preparation and storage, shelter construction etc all to survive the winter months.

Black people are mostly in Africa not requiring this concern so can just move around and migrate or have areas they can constantly farm requiring no long term planning.

The environment ITSELF taught White people and Asians to some extent the lesson of consequences for no long term planning. Black people were not instilled with this due to their environment.

Also I would say careful posting without a few comments first especially on a charged post like this, I read it at least to see the points but the title may make people feel your an instigator if you have no history of commentating.
