Edit: Here's my Steam refund request history via Gmail since 2019. Every single one successfully refunded. Steam does not seem to gatekeep refunds as long as they're below two hours played within two weeks of purchase.

I checked my Steam history and all refunds are recorded there, but there's no easy way to splice everything together. So you're going to have to believe me or just go drink your piss or something, IDGAF.
