I get that you don't want to take a blowtorch to things on day 1 but Reddit tier rules against bigotry are not the way to deal with spergs. Rule 16 is so elastic and the previous guy used that to justify selective enforcement. That's not to say I believe the new group will engage in that kind of bad faith moderation but relying on collateral damage from aiming at a target you shouldn't be aiming at isn't the way to go.
