good point, it's easily skewed as "the Republicans aren't trying to sabotage SNAP, but if they did it would be a good thing!"

I personally don't have any problems with the concept of snap, but like most things run by the federal government, it's horribly implemented. At the barest minimums, SNAP should never cover items that have zero nutritional or health benefit whatsoever, such as soda.
