Chief that is ridiculous. Australia, Canada, and South Korea have space programs but no intercontinental missiles. You have to design, budget, build, and maintain them. They don't just come free in the space breakfast cereal.

The person you're citing is taking the extreme high end estimate of the missile's range as fact despite it being based on very little data.

There is utterly no point in quibbling whether the range is 4,000 miles or 7,000 miles. Israel's farthest enemy is Iran at about 1,000 miles away. They overbuilt by thousands of miles... because they saw a potential need to hit targets thousands of miles away. They have no business doing that.
