EDIT - okay so I went ahead and looked into it. The woman (name is Estíbaliz Kortazar) was a volunteer in some organization that helps the homeless. Full of goodwill and wanting to help, she took in some homeless Arab migrant, both signing a rent contract for €350 per month. After a few months it all went to hell and he spooked her away, taking over the place (Spain has strong squatter rights). She now says she'll never rent a room or offer that kind of help again.
