This is absolutely trivial to circumvent. Assuming you're not on a phone, install Firefox (or any Firefox-based browser like Librewolf, Zen, Floorp) and then in the settings you can enable DNS Over HTTPS and choose a different DNS provider. Done. Doesn't matter what blocker exists on the router. You could also flash a Linux ISO to a USB Drive and live boot into it and open a web browser and do the same.
