Honestly, I never really saw a problem with this. Project managers ARE good to have (if they’re good at the job, which many are not), and if they’re working remotely and all they really need is their laptop, then who cares if they stand in a pool and do it rather than sit at a desk?

I’m a software developer. I often take my laptop out with me camping and fishing, and will do my work from my laptop out in nature. I’m no less productive, if anything I’m more productive because I’m happier in an environment I enjoy. Otherwise I’d be sitting at home or in the office with distractions and bad lighting.

Making the video was kind of a stupid idea just because it makes them look like airheads, but we cannot actually ascertain if they’re good at their jobs from this.
