It's a direct result of the leftists not recognizing the legitimacy of any political process or outcome that they don't exclusively control. The people who got shot were the only Democrats who voted for a deal that made concessions to the GOP because a 50/50 split meant someone had to cross the isle for anything to pass. It's funny that they're blaming this on the one guy who's at least trying to do something about this kind of political violence.
